Eygló at Norðanátt

We’re thrilled to share our recent participation at the Nordanátt Investment Festival in Siglufjörður! Honored to have been part of such a dynamic event, where innovative discussions and forward-thinking perspectives took center stage.

For the third year in a row, Iceland’s major investors gathered in Siglufjörður to meet with entrepreneurs working on projects related to resource, energy and environmental issues. Nine selected pioneering companies, including Forest Products of Austurland, showcased their dedication to entrepreneurship and sustainable solutions, emphasizing circular economy. Forest products have recently been supported by Eygló and Austurbrú in the preparation process regarding the expansion of a processing plant for environmentally friendly Icelandic wood products. It was truly inspiring to witness the passion and vision driving these endeavors towards a brighter, more sustainable future.
